Provider Agreement

By listing on RelaxOffers you agree to the following terms.
Commission. RelaxOffers charges an 18% commission on each completed booking. The remainder is paid to your connected Stripe account automatically.
Verification. You must provide valid business registration / licence details. Your listings remain hidden from customers until an admin verifies them.
Cancellation & no-show. Customer cancellations follow the platform policy (free until 1h before; 50% within 1h). No-shows are paid to you in full, minus commission.
Refunds. All refunds are processed through Stripe and reverse the corresponding commission.
